When will I receive my first issue?
Your subscription will begin in approximately 3 to 5 weeks from when your order was placed.
We ask that you allow this processing time since most publishers begin the subscriptions with
their upcoming issue. This insures that you will receive only the most updated information.

Will the newsletters be current issues?
Yes, all issues are mailed or emailed to you upon printing.

Is there a shipping fee for newsletters?
There are no shipping fees for newsletters shipped within the US and to Canada.
A $5US shipping fee per newsletter will be added to orders shipped outside of the US and Canada.

What happens at the end of the trial period? Are there any further obligations?
Towards the end of the trial period, you will receive renewal notices from the respective publishers.
If you would like to continue receiving their newsletter, simply fill out the renewal form and return it
to them. You will now be ordering directly from the publisher at their regular rates. If you do not wish
to renew, do nothing and the subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the
trial period. You are under no obligation to renew.

What is SIE's refund policy?
We stand behind our 100% money back policy. If for any
reason you would like to cancel your subscription(s), you may do so within 60 days from
the day your order was placed for a full refund. No questions asked.

Can I place an order with an international address?
Yes, most of our publishers will ship to international addresses. The
few who don't will indicate so in their descriptions. A shipping fee of $5US per newsletter will be added
to your order (excluding Canadian address).

publication. We market the product; they provide the product. The publishers are willing
to offer a trial subscription at such a low price because they are confident that readers
